Bondo work seems a little iffy, but seems like a good price for someone, even though not a desirable body year. Rust on the car seems minimal. Just found it on craigslist, putting out the word!

Can a MOPAR fan help me out? I've never heard of a "361 big block" and thought MOPAR big blocks started at 383 and that the 360 was a small block. What's the story?
